Improving healthcare in Tsimafana
Tsimafana Health Centre is located close to the Tsiribihina River and provides essential healthcare services to the surrounding community. Before the project, the health centre faced poor conditions and limited access to clean water, making daily healthcare and hygiene more difficult.
The health centre was renovated both inside and outside, creating a cleaner and safer environment for patients and healthcare staff.
A community celebration
The completion of the project was celebrated together with the local community. The opening was attended by the Adjoint Mayor and members of the community, who welcomed the improved health centre and new access to clean water.
Impact
The improved water supply benefits approximately 2,600 patients and healthcare staff annually. Access to clean water strengthens hygiene, improves conditions at the health centre and supports better healthcare for the surrounding community.
A lasting impact
